Tom Milley completed his articles with Wedekind Demianstchuk & Larsen, a firm later to become DMBH LLP.  Tom’s primary practice is in the areas of corporate finance and securities law and he represents a number of companies listed on public stock exchanges.  In addition, Tom represents a major residential construction company as well as various corporate and commercial companies located in Alberta.
